To enhance security of your I'm InTouch program. The combination of the SecurePC, SecureKEY, and I'm InTouch remote access software offer many security advantages over laptops and other remote access software programs. Data Loss Prevention Imagine if one of your employees lost a company laptop containing information on all your customers, including their credit card numbers; how would your business recover from the public relations nightmare and ensuing financial costs? How much business would you lose as customers move to a company that they can trust? This very situation is happening to businesses all over the world but you do not have to worry if you use the SecurePC. Provide your employees with the SecurePC remote access terminals instead of laptops. All company data stays safely on workstations or servers in the office when employees access them from the SecurePC. None of the mobile freedom of a laptop is compromised and your business is protected from data loss, even if the SecurePC is lost or stolen while travelling. Stop Unauthorized Access The biggest concern when providing remote access to your PC is what if someone gains access to your login information and he/she takes control of your computer. The SecurePC & SecureKEY allow I'm InTouch users to add an extra measure of protection against unauthorized access through Physical Authentication. With Physical Authentication, users can configure such that their SecurePC and/or their SecureKEY have to be used during the remote access session. Even if someone knows your login information, he/she cannot access your computer since he/she will not have the "keys" to your PC - your SecurePC and SecureKEY. Keep Unwanted Software Off Company Computers When employees install personal software on company laptops, the result can be security breaches, software conflicts, and a host of other problems. The SecurePC does not allow any new software or program to be installed, or even downloaded, resulting in increased security. Fewer laptops will be returned to your IT department because of virus infection from a new download or installation.
