I'm InTouch's guest access feature lets you invite others to login and view programs or information on your computer by assigning them temporary guest access. With the guest invite feature and help desk management software, you can:
- Provide remote product training to customers
through remote conferencing
- Conduct web conferencing meetings via
guest invite
- Show online presentations and demonstrations
- Live Customer support
I'm InTouch's guest invite feature supports up to 10 guest users visiting your PC at the same time and can be used to provide help desk management. After the completion of your session, you can delete the guest access privileges, to ensure they can no longer remotely access your PC.
