The List of Computers page provides a central location to view all your I’m InTouch computers, the ability to quickly access any of them with a single click. By clicking on a computer's Nickname, you will be taken directly to that computer's My Desktop password prompt. This negates the need to remember the Computer Name, User Name, and password for each computer. You also have access to the billing and settings pages. 

Yes, by assigning the same group name to all the computers you want the user to see next time he/she logs in.

To assign multiple computers to an end user:

1. Login to your account as Administrator
2. Click on the Add/Edit link (beside the Group combo box).
3. Click on the New button.
4. Enter the Group name on the text box shown and then click on Save (i.e. TechSupport).
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 if you want to create more Groups, otherwise click on Close.
6. Click on the check box next to the Nickname of each computer you want to assign to the Group you just created; and then click on the Settings/Activate link.
7. For each computer, click on +- to open the Group list.
8. From the right side of the screen, highlight the group you want this computer to be part of (i.e. TechSupport), and then click on the "Add" button. You can select more than one group if you want this computer to be shown in more than one list (i.e. TechSupport, Marketing, HR, etc).
9. Make sure the "List all unhidden computers in the group when logged in" check box is selected.
10. Click Save and then Close.
11. Make sure this computer has a unique Login ID assigned. This Login ID will be used for the users to login to their List of Computers.
12. Repeat steps 7-11 for each computer on your list.
13. When you finish, click on Save. You will return to your List of Computers page.
14. Log out.
15. Next time a user logs in, he/she will only see the computers you assigned to them.

The Activation Email address is the address where the instructions for installing and activating I’m InTouch will be sent to.  This email also contains the link to download the I’m InTouch client software.

The Login ID Email address is used by the end-user to login to their I’m InTouch account.

In Internet Explorer, ensure the Override automatic cookie handling setting is enabled. This setting can be found in: Internet Option->Privacy-> Advance.
