How do I login from a remote computer?
|

Any computer connected to the Internet can be used.
From your Internet browser, go to https://locator.01com.com/ - we
encourage you to bookmark this (if your browser allows bookmarks) because we think you will be using this a lot! Enter
the Computer Name you established during I'm InTouch installation. Once
your computer has been found, you will be prompted
for your Login Name and Password to authenticate
yourself. Finally, select the feature you wish to
choose from the drop down box and select Login.
You are now connected to your remote computer
using I'm InTouch.
Tip: To further speed up the login process
, you can modify your I'm InTouch bookmark's URL
to https://locator.01com.com/?<computer
name>*<login name>
In the above URL, replace <computer name>
and <login name> with your actual Computer
Name and Login Name defined by you during the
activation of I'm InTouch.
This means you will only have to enter your
Password to login to your PC after selecting the
I'm InTouch login bookmark on your browser.

How do I login from a wireless device?

Go to the Internet browser on your device. Navigate to
https://locator.01com.com/ - we encourage
you to bookmark this (if your browser allows bookmarks) because we think you will be using
this a lot! Select the Wireless Device box found
above the Computer Name input field - this will
render the best possible display to your wireless
device. Enter the Computer Name you established during I'm InTouch
installation. Once your computer has been found,
you will be prompted for your Login Name and
Password to authenticate yourself, then select
Login. From the Home Page, select the feature you want to use.
Tip: On the Home Page, under Configuration, there is an option to
Bookmark Login Page. When selected, this
allows you to create an I'm InTouch login bookmark
on your wireless device (assuming your device
supports bookmarks). The bookmark directs the
browser of your device to the I'm InTouch main
login web page with your Computer Name and Login
prefilled. This means you will only have to enter
your Password to login to your PC after selecting
the I'm InTouch login bookmark on your
device.

Do I need to synchronize my wireless device with my desktop?
|

No. Any emails, contact or calendar entries that you send/delete/change are reflected in
real-time on your computer running I'm InTouch, avoiding the need for synchronization.
