How do you bill me for I'm InTouch?
|

Service fees are billed on your credit card. You must become a paying customer after the 30 day free trial period
to continue to use the service. Subscribing to the service is accomplished using 01 Communique's secure E-commerce
server - this is reached by selecting the program button on your system tray (green satellite), right clicking your
mouse, and choosing the "Subscription Page" option.

Can I change my billing from monthly to annual?
|

Monthly subscribers can convert to annual service at any time.

How do I cancel I'm InTouch?
|
| |
Service is cancelled by contacting 01 Communique. A monthly subscribers service will be cancelled
the day prior to the next scheduled credit card transaction so that they receive the full
benefit of their last payment.

What is your policy on upgrades?
|
| |
Upgrades are provided automatically and at no charge as part of your I’m InTouch service
fee. You will receive an automatic notification when a new version of I’m InTouch is
available after re-starting the program or your computer.
