My Files

My Files is a unique graphical interface that provides an alternative method to view, upload and download files between your local PC or wireless device (client) and the computer running I’m InTouch (host). This feature is particularly useful when logging in from a low speed Internet connection. The I’m InTouch viewer converts the contents of host files into a HTML page that can be viewed on any wired or wireless device with an Internet browser, even if that application is not resident on the device. Approximately 50 different file formats are supported. This feature also gives you the flexibility to create new folders on the I’m InTouch computer and then copy and paste files from one location to another. Why this interface as opposed to the File Transfer feature? This interface allows I’m InTouch to deliver file viewing to all wireless users and file downloading to some wireless devices like Pocket PC. We also make this interface available to remote PC users as an alternative to starting the My Desktop session and navigating to the File Transfer feature.
