Remote Desktop Control Software Requirements

To sign up for the free 30 day trial or to purchase a monthly or annual subscription to the I’m InTouch Desktop, your host computer must meet the following remote desktop program system requirements.

The host computer (the computer you wish to access) must have:

1. Windows XP, 2003 Server, Vista or Windows 7(32 and 64 bit)
2. Pentium 233 (or greater) with at least 128 MB of RAM
3. Internet Explorer 7.0+ or Mozilla Firefox 5.0+
4. “Always On” Internet connection such as cable modem, DSL, ISDN, T1 or LAN
5. 40MB of available disk space

In order to allow remote access to email, Outlook Express 6.0, Outlook 2000+ or Windows Mail is required. The I’m InTouch desktop remote access currently supports POP3 and Exchange Mail computers.
