Bomgar Corporation

On Jan. 4, 2012 we filed a lawsuit in the Eastern District of Virginia against Bomgar Corporation alleging infringement of our U.S. Patent No. 6,928,479.

A Scheduling Order (“Order”) has been issued where amongst other dates and activities the Order sets a final pre-trial conference for May 17, 2012 after which the Order states a trial is to commence within 4 to 8 weeks.
