Bomgar Corporation

On Jan. 4, 2012 we filed a lawsuit in the Eastern District of Virginia against Bomgar Corporation alleging infringement of our U.S. Patent No. 6,928,479.

On June 9, 2012 we entered into a Settlement and License Agreement with Bomgar Corporation
