Shareable License Model
Unlike other online meeting solutions that require you to subscribe to 1 license for each employee that will be hosting online meetings, with I'm InTouch Meeting you only need to subscribe to the number of licenses that will ever be used at the same time. The Shareable License Model means your employees can share your organization's I'm InTouch Meeting licenses. If your company has 50 employees who will be conducting online meetings, but only 10 meetings will ever be held at the same time, you only need to subscribe to 10 licenses. Plus, each employee can still have his/her own unique user name and password allowing administrators to accurately track individual usage.
Enhanced File Transfer
Want to send a copy of your presentation or report to all your meeting's participants? Use I'm InTouch Meeting's File Transfer to quickly send files anytime during the meeting, even ones too large for email!
Easy Remote Printing
Use I'm InTouch Meeting's Remote Printing feature to let your meeting attendees print copies of documents from your desktop to their local printers. All you need to do is select the "I'm InTouch Meeting Printer" from your document's print dialog and your attendees will be prompted to print the document using their local printers.

Q. Can I install I'm InTouch on a new computer using a previously purchased license?
If you have previously installed I'm InTouch on a PC but then purchased a new computer or reinstalled Windows, you can install I'm InTouch on your new PC using the same license, provided that the subscription is still current. Note: you cannot install I'm InTouch on more than one computer at a time using the same license.
To install I'm InTouch using the same license:
- Login to your online account at www.imintouch.com from the computer you wish to install I'm InTouch.
- From your list of computers screen, find the license you would like to reinstall and click the Download link under the Install I'm InTouch column.
- Once the downloaded finishes, double-click the file to begin installing I'm InTouch on your PC.
- During the installation process, your existing serial number will be pre-filled ensuring the same license is used.
