Q. I've forgotten my password for I'm InTouch, how can I recover it?

A. If you have forgotten your password and are receiving an invalid login name or password error message from the login page, click the Forgot your password link next to the Login button as shown below.

From the next page, enter the Login Name for the account you wish to retrieve the password for and click Send. Your account information will be emailed to the email address specified in the User Information tab of I'm InTouch.

Note: In order to retrieve your password, you must have selected an Email client from the Client Programs tab in I'm InTouch. This is because your passwords are only stored on your computer. We also recommend that the email address entered in the User Information tab in I'm InTouch is an email account that you can access from anywhere, since this is where your recovered password will be sent to.
