How can I set up Live-Chat on my web site?

To set up Live-Chat queue, simply:

1. Access your I'm OnCall account as the Administrator.
2. Click on the Admin tab.
3. Click on the Enable check box next the Queue item.
4. I'm OnCall has assignan URL using your company name, and have configured the greeting messages and office hours automatically. You can change the settings to suit your needs.
5. Click on Apply when you finish.
6. To implement the "Live Chat" feature on your web site, simply insert a "Live Chat" button and embed the URL displayed on your Admin tab as a link to the button.

Hereafter, when your customers click on the "Live Chat" button on your web site, the I'm OnCall Live-Chat window will pop up. Your customers can then submit a chat request and your agents can pick up the requests from the queue. Each agent can have up to 10 simultaneously Live-Chat sessions.
