01 COMMUNIQUE DEBUTS I'M INTOUCHâ„¢ VERSION 3.3, THE REMOTE ACCESS SERVICE THAT PUTS DISTANT INFORMATION AT YOUR FINGERTIPS USING ANY DEVICE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET

Users Enjoy Enhanced Remote Control Of A Distant PC's Desktop From Any Computer Along With Access To Desktop E-mail And Files From Any Wireless Internet Equipped PDA Or Cell Phone

TORONTO, ON - August 6, 2003 -01 Communique Laboratory Inc. (TSX: ONE - www.imintouch.net), a leading remote access solutions provider, today released I'm InTouch Version 3.3. By incorporating the Company's unique screen sharing technology Version 3.3 has significant speed and performance improvements resulting in faster viewing and control of a distant PC's desktop by simply logging in through the web browser of any available computer. With the new PC to PC remote control enhancements and the choice to also use a wireless device to gain access to a PC's e-mail and files, the I'm InTouch service is extremely versatile. It is designed to meet the needs of business people "on the go" who require easy access to a variety of distant information. Users can use a home computer to work on any file at the office when the need arises, along with a wireless laptop or cell phone to stay on top of new e-mails arriving at their desktop PC. The flexibility of the I'm InTouch service translates into the comfort of a user knowing that he/she can be almost anywhere, and with virtually any available device connected to the Internet, be easily and securely connected to the information that they need.

"I'm InTouch was designed for mobile people with a need to stay "in touch", said Andrew Cheung, President and CEO. " With the introduction of our enhanced remote control feature, I'm InTouch is an extremely fast, flexible and cost-effective way to access information someone needs that is stored on a distant computer. Traditionally, remote access to information has required deploying expensive laptops, implementing additional networking hardware or services, and a user being tied to a specific device for access. Now a small or medium sized business can choose to deploy I'm InTouch and provide the flexibility for any of their employees to be able to manage e-mail and complete work assignments from the convenience of their home computer, an available computer at a customers site, a hotel business center or Internet cafe. Existing laptop users can avoid some of the current hassles of having to lug a laptop home or through airport security checks by using their home computer or a wireless PDA to stay on top of their e-mail while away from the office. Improved employee morale, improved customer satisfaction and personal productivity gains are typical results for businesses deploying our I'm InTouch service. "

The I'm InTouch remote access program is installed on the PC that the user wants to access with installation being extremely easy. Being a secure Web-based service, I'm InTouch eliminates the traditional need for client software to be installed on the remote access device. Once installed, any other computer on the Internet can be used to securely login and remotely control the PC running I'm InTouch. As well, a login from a wireless PDA or cell phone with Internet access supports viewing of e-mail, files, calendar and contact info, with I'm InTouch rendering the information so that it can be easily read and managed from the screen and keyboard of the device. I'm In Touch's unique integration with the host PC's desktop e-mail client, allows notification of new e-mail being received at the desktop to be sent to a wireless device so that the user may login and respond immediately. This unique approach means that all remote actions are processed and synchronized by the desktop computer running I'm InTouch regardless of the remote device used. In essence the remote device becomes the active controller of the computer, making requests for information that are then fed back to the user over the Internet. Synchronization issues become a thing of the past.

"Our existing and potential customers have been providing valuable feedback towards our ongoing I'm InTouch service enhancements. We have been able to incorporate their ideas into our new version and deliver on our promise to provide a flexible remote access service that is easy to install and use, affordable, delivers quick response times and ensures your information always remains secure, " says Brian Howden, Vice President Marketing.

The I'm InTouch service is highly secure and installs with preconfigured security controls including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption, currently used in online banking applications. This provides for secure data transport. As well, remote login authentication requires three levels of user-defined inputs. Passwords are stored on the user's computer running I'm InTouch, which ensures complete security over your password.
