Home/Office PC System Requirements

• Windows 98 Second Edition (SE), Me, NT 4.0 Workstation, 2000 Professional, XP
• Pentium 233 or higher PC with 32 MB of RAM
• "Always On" high speed Internet connection recommended (e.g. cable modem,DSL, T1 or LAN)
• Outlook Express 5+ e-mail client or Outlook 98+ e-mail client with E-mail Services Options as Corporate or Workgroup
• Support for POP3 and Exchange mail servers (IMAP mail servers are not supported)
• 30 MB of Hard Drive space

Remote Access Device Requirements

All you need is a device with Internet access to connect and interact with your computer running I’m InTouch. No additional program software is required on the remote device for the service to work.

Use any PC, wireless laptop, cell phone, or wireless PDA equipped with Internet access. Full support is provided for the HTML, XHTML and WAP protocol browsers that are commonly found installed on these devices.

I’m InTouch has been thoroughly tested using the following Internet browsers:

• Internet Explorer 5.5+ and Netscape Navigator 4.7 + found installed on most computers and laptops
• Blazer 2.0 found on most Palm OS devices with a wireless connection
• Go.Web available for RIM, Palm, Pocket PC and Windows operating system devices
• Palm Web Browser 2.0 found on devices running Palm OS 5
• Neomar WAP browser used on some Palm OS devices with a wireless connection
• Pocket PC Internet Explorer browser found on Pocket PC devices
• WAP browsers found on most cellular phones, including the Openwave mobile browser

Continuous testing of the most common Internet browsers is conducted. You may find other browsers not listed here that work with the I’m InTouch service
