I'm InTouch patent received validity affirmation!!

- On Oct 16, 2014 the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has issued a Rule 36 judgment affirming the United States Patent and Trademark Office -- Patent Trial and Appeal Board's (PTAB) decision that 01 Communique Laboratory Inc.'s patent No. 6,928,479 (the 479 patent) that is at the centre of the company's patent infringement lawsuit against Citrix Systems Inc. is valid.

"This is a positive step forward in our lawsuit against Citrix. We remain confident in the merits of our case, and have a tight schedule ahead of us as we prepare for the upcoming claim construction and tutorial scheduled for Nov. 12 and 13, and completion of expert discovery shortly thereafter on Jan. 16, 2015, following which we anticipate heading to trial."

Have you downloaded the FREE I’m InTouch Go app?

The free I’m InTouch Go app allows you to access your I’m InTouch-enabled computer from your iPhone, iPad, Android and Windows RT devices.  By using your I’m InTouch Go app you will be able to manage and control your PC from your favorite device as if you were sitting in front of it.

Getting Started:
Before downloading your I’m InTouch Go, make sure you have the I’m InTouch software installed on your host PC (the computer you want to access remotely from your device).  You can get the I’m InTouch software for your host PC by going to http://www.imintouch.com.

To get the I’m InTouch Go app, simply:

1) Download and install the remote desktop app from the App Store (onto your iPad or iPhone) or from the Android Market - Google Play (onto your Tablet or Cellular Phone) or from the Windows Store (onto your Windows RT).

2) Run the I’m InTouch Go app on your device and enter your Login ID and Password (the ones you used when you signed up for I'm InTouch). Alternatively, you can access by Computer Name.

3) Once you access your host machine, you can view and manage all your files, information and programs located at your host computer; whenever you need it, regardless of your location.
