Unlike other online meeting solutions that require each employee who needs to host a meeting to have their own personal license, I'm InTouch Meeting's concurrent licensing scheme allows your employees to draw from a pool of licenses not tied to specific employees. This means that if you have 10 employees who need to host meetings but only 3 will ever be conducting meetings at the same time, you will only need to subscribe for 3 licenses, not 10.
