Can I configure to receive notification on my smartphone ONLY when important emails arrive at my Outlook?

Yes, all you need to do is:

1) Double click on the "Green Satellite Dish" at the bottom right of your screen;
2) Click "Notification";
3) Click "Add" to enter an email address to be included in your "hot list":
4) You can add more until you are done or click "Ok" to finish.

Once configured, I'm InTouch will notify you when an email from someone in your "hot list" arrives at your Outlook.
