01 Communique Files a Patent Infringement Lawsuit against Citrix Systems, Inc. 

TORONTO, ON - February 02, 2006 - 01 Communique Laboratory Inc. (TSX: ONE – www.01com.com), a leading remote access solutions provider, today announced it has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, against Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTXS), of Fort Lauderdale, Florida alleging infringement of U.S. Patent No. 6,928,479. The alleged infringing products include, but are not limited to, Citrix GoToMyPC.
