Simply follow these steps to subscribe online and create a billing account:

1. Login to your online account at www.imintouch.com

2. Click on the “Subscribe Now!” link and you will be redirected to the Billing page.

3. If you want to keep the same amount of licenses you used during the trial, simply enter your credit card information, press I Accept to proceed with the purchase. Otherwise, click on the Licenses tab to change the amount of licenses to purchase and then click on Continue.

4. Follow the instructions shown on the screen to complete the transaction.

No. Each I'm InTouch Serial Number is unique, and  assigned to a single I’m InTouch computer only.

By providing a credit card when you sign up you will ensure that your service is never interrupted when your free trial expires since you will be automatically subscribed when it finishes. There is no risk to you since If you decide you do not want to subscribe, you can cancel at any point during the trial.

3. Your subscription will be automatically renewed either monthly or yearly depending on the plan you selected.

4. The system will show the current number of licenses you have along with the subscription term. Enter the new total number of licenses you want. i.e. if the system shows 4 licenses and you enter 6, 2 more licenses will be added to your account.
5. Click Continue to proceed with the purchase.

Yes, login to your online account at www.imintouch.com and click on the My Account tab. Use the Licenses tab to convert your subscription to monthly or annual. This conversion will take effect during your next billing cycle and you cannot mix annual and monthly subscriptions.

I'm InTouch version upgrades are provided at no charge as part of I’m InTouch service. An automatic notification will appear when a new version of I’m InTouch is available.
