I'm InTouch - Remote Desktop Connection System Requirements

  • Windows XP (32 or 64-bit), 2003 Server, Vista (32 or 64-bit) or Windows 7 (32 or 64-bit)
  • Minimum Pentium 233 with 128 MB of RAM
  • Internet Explorer 7.0 or later; Mozilla Firefox 5.0 or later
  • "Always On" Internet connection (e.g. cable modem, DSL, ISDN, T1, or LAN)
  • Outlook Express 6.0+, Outlook 2000+ or Windows Mail email client with Email Services Options as Corporate or Workgroup
  • Support for POP3 or Exchange Mail servers (IMAP not supported)
  • 40M free disk space

For Remote Wake-Up (I'm InTouch only)

  • A minimum of 2 computers with I'm InTouch installed on the same wired network are required. One computer is the computer you wish to remotely access and the other will act as the "Wake-Up Proxy" to send the wake-up signal to the host computer.
  • Both the Host and Wake-Up Proxy's bios and network card must support Wake-Up on Lan (WOL), and it must be enabled in both.
  • The Wake-Up Proxy must already be powered on
