I’m InTouch Remote Desktop Connection System Requirements
- Windows XP (32 or 64-bit), 2003 Server, Vista (32 or 64-bit) or Windows 7 (32 or 64-bit)
- Minimum Pentium 233 with 128 MB of RAM
- Internet Explorer 7.0 or later; Mozilla Firefox 5.0 or later
- "Always On" Internet connection (e.g. cable modem, DSL, ISDN, T1, or LAN)
- Outlook Express 6.0+, Outlook 2000+ or Windows Mail email client with Email Services Options as Corporate or Workgroup
- Support for POP3 or Exchange Mail servers (IMAP not supported)
- 40M free disk space
For Remote Wake-Up:
- A minimum of 2 computers with I'm InTouch Remote Desktop installed on the same wired network is required. One computer is the computer you wish to remotely access and the other will act as the "Wake-Up Proxy" to send the wake-up signal to the host computer.
- Both the Host and Wake-Up Proxy's bios and network card must support Wake-Up on Lan (WOL), and it must be enabled in both.
- The Wake-Up Proxy must already be powered on.
