I'm InTouch's remote chat feature lets you send and receive messages on screen between the host and remote PC. The chat session can be initiated from the remote PC but terminated by either the host or remote PC. The chat feature is useful in situations where:
You are conducting a remote training session or meeting and want to communicate with people logged into the host computer without having to set up a conference call or pay long distance phone charges.
You are working collaboratively with someone using I'm InTouch and want to discuss what you are doing but do not have access to a phone or it would be an expensive long distance call.
Your children get home from school while you are still at work. You do not want them answering the phone but need to talk with them. Just log in to your home PC using I'm InTouch, wait until you see someone start using the computer, and then start a chat session.
