I'm InTouch - Remote Desktop Software - FAQ - Using I'm InTouch

From any PC with the Internet, go to  www.imintouch.com and click "Login".

If you want to access a specific computer: Enter the Computer Name you established during I'm InTouch installation and click "Go". Once your computer has been found, you will be prompted for your Login Name and Password to authenticate yourself. Finally, select the feature you wish to choose from the drop down box and click "Login". You are now connected to your remote computer using I'm InTouch. 

If you want to access a computer from the List of Computers page (List of all the computers assigned to your account): Enter the Login ID and Password you used when requesting your I'm InTouch trial, and then click "Go". Click on the "Nickname" of the computer you wish to access and then enter the "My Desktop" password when prompted. You are now connected to your remote computer using I'm InTouch.

On the Internet browser of your wireless device, go to www.imintouch.com. If you want to access a specific computer: Enter the Computer Name you established during I'm InTouch installation and click "Go". Tip:  On the Home Page, under Configuration, there is an option to Bookmark Login Page. When selected, this allows you to create an I'm InTouch login bookmark on your wireless device.

No, as any emails, calendar or contact information that you edit are reflected in real time on your computer running I'm InTouch. 

I'm InTouch does not currentely support Outlook 2010 on Windows 64-bit computers. This feature is currently under developement.

To fix this problem:

1. In Internet Explorer, select Tools->Internet Options
2. Click on the Security tab and then click the Custom level button
3. Enable the setting "Include local directory path when uploading files to a server" under the "Miscellaneous" group
4. Click Ok to close the window
