Control your Meeting Attendee's Access Rights

With I'm InTouch Meeting, the moderator has complete control over each individual attendees' access rights during the meeting. The moderator can control each attendees access rights from moderator control panel providing the ability to change them even during the meeting.

The available attendee access right that can be modified are:

  • mouse and keyboard control Mouse / keyboard control of the presenter's screen
  • view screen Ability to view the presenter's screen
  • file transfer File transfer privileges
  • remote printing Remote printing privileges
  • clipboard Clipboard sharing
  • annotation Annotation privileges
  • see attendees Ability to see other attendees
  • chat Chat privileges
  • chat Mute Microphone
  • chat Remove Attendee
