Double-click
the green satellite
in the bottom right of your display. The I'm
InTouch Configuration screen will appear and you can easily navigate to
the Wireless Notification section identified on
the left frame of the screen.
If you want to receive notification of new email on your wireless device, enable Wireless Notification by checking the selection box "Enable Wireless Notification" and enter the email address of your wireless device. If you do not know, or do not have a wireless email address and want one, please contact your wireless provider.
Whenever a new email is received by your desktop email client selected as part of your I'm InTouch installation, a notification will be sent to your wireless device. This notification will be a brief email message containing information about the incoming message at your desktop email client.
Specify the Outlook email account for which you wish to be notified.

SMTP server name is required for sending notifications to your wireless email address. Furthermore, if the SMTP server requires authentication then you need to enter the account name along with its password.

Note: You may require assistance from your System Administrator.

You can specify the length of Wireless Notification message. Your wireless device may support fewer or more than the default of 150 characters.
Configuring I'm InTouch Messenger for BlackBerryä
If you are a RIM BlackBerry user, you can add files from your I'm InTouch computer to email you compose on your BlackBerry. Download I'm InTouch Messenger Utility for BlackBerry devices here Once the Messenger program is installed on your BlackBerry device, you will have the ability to remotely access your I'm InTouch computer to manage desktop email, view and attach files, view and edit contact and calendar entries.
Set filters for notification:
I’m InTouch allows you to select whether to be notified of all inbound email messages or only messages from selected senders. This feature is useful if you only want to be notified of email messages from certain customers or contacts. To activate this feature, click the selected radio button, then use the add button to create your desired list of Inbound Email address(es). To receive notifications of Email messages from all users from a specific domain, use a * before @. For example, to receive notifications of all emails received from 01com.com, type in *@01com.com.

Outlook and I'm InTouch delivery methods.
